The Usery Center helps organizations find innovative solutions to workplace problems and issues. We focus on business, industry and government.  We also engage in research and academic instruction as part of our mission to constructively influence and shape tomorrow's workplace. 

With a core staff of eleven professionals, we serve our clients in five (5) primary sectors:

• Quality and People Systems -- help organizations achieve and maintain competitive global excellence.
   
• Workplace Relationships -- help leaders create and grow mutually beneficial partnerships.
   
• Information Sharing -- train and teach in a variety of forums, including conferences, workshops, seminars, and symposiums.
   
• Research -- conduct organizational and competitive analyses through our University affiliation.
   
• Conflict Resolution -- design and deliver appropriate dispute resolution (ADR) systems and services.
